Question : I am a week lat, no sign of spotting or bleeding, could it just be a late period? No stress just a migraine at beginning of the week

If you have had unprotected intercourse (i.e. no birth control), it is possible to be pregnant. If it has been 7 days of missed period, a home pregnancy test should be accurate at this point, so I recommend that you take a test.

If you have a history of irregular periods, it is possible that this is just a late period. And it could be a late period even if you don't have a history of irregularity.

So at this point, I recommend going and getting a pregnancy test and taking it.
