Brief Answer:
avoid painkillers

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Based on your son's report it looks like he has dengue fever.
1. Avoid pain killers.
2. Only paracetamol has to be given for fever.
3. There is no specific medicine for dengue.
4. Better to followup daily with your doctor and get him admitted if he suggests.
5. Ensure plenty of liquids and juices to drink.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
