Question: My daughter, age 54, has a caved in area like a trench on the top of her head. She says no headache, a feeling of pressure.

I have gone through your query carefully and as there are no major complain it looks to be just an anatomical variation. Keeping in mind her age and she did not have any symptoms over the years. Nothing needs to be done.
