Suggest Treatment For Dent On Upper Arm
Question: Horizontal dent in upper arm about 2" long and .5" wide
Also it's about .33 inches deep
Noticed it a couple of months ago, after having worked out for the previous 4-5 months( Pilates, yoga, core, strength) 5 days a week.
I am about 140 lbs, down from 150 and 5'8".

Now this is basically a skin disease in which there is development of areas of skin depression and tightening.
Although the lesion is not increasing at present, but it is important to take treatment so as to prevent its further progress.
So I would advise you to see a dermatologist and take necessary treatment .
