Brief Answer:
Need to visit hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. He needs to visit hospital for management. From the symptoms you have mentioned, he is most probably having Acute Hepatitis complicated by alcohol. Alcohol is a very important factor in causing it. First and most important thing is to counsel him to reduce drinking. For this he will be needing psychological therapy as well. Hepatic Encephalopathy is graded from 1-4. Common symptoms includes:
- Confusion
- Dizziness
- drowsiness
- inappropriate behaviour & intermittent disorientation
- Flap tremors

Suggestion:
You need to consult hospital for medical specialist, psychiatrist & psychological evaluation. Further delay will cause more deterioration and may cause irreversible damage.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
