Question: I have depression, anxiety, and mixed disorder (bipolar). My question is I have very little money and no ambition, what can I do about ideas to begin to be more active?

Looks like you have mostly lived in the company of people who verbally abused you a lot. Also ,if you are sensitive, you get hurt a lot more. I really do understand.
People who abuse others for no reason are the ones who have problems with their own lives and take out their frustation on other people .
You could try to have a conversation with the people who are verbally abusing you and tell them that their actions do hurt you.
I would advise you to do regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.
Exercise releases a lot of endorphins, which will make you feel good and energetic.
Sign up for yoga classes or relaxation classes.It will help you relax and make you feel better.
Read a lot of inspirational and motivational books ; eg. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Listen to good music ;eg Pharell XXXXXXX ..... HAPPY
I mean whatever music that you enjoy.
If you have good friends around, talk to them about your problems. You will feel much better when you can open up.
