Question: my name is XXXXXXX male, 21 years old
i am following symptoms
1) difficulty in concentrating, like reading books or newspapers.
2) suicidal thoughts.
3)low self esteem
4) i feel tired when i woke up.
5)hopelessness, sadness, boredom, lack of energy.
i want solution for these conditions. please help
