Brief Answer:
there is need to change medication
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back to HCM.
The symptoms you mention do not indicate that there is role of Oltha-R. So first thing it can be stopped with consultation of your doctor.
Secondly there is no point continuing Cipraflex for last one year. To a maximum they are recommended for a duration of two to four weeks.
In my view you need to talk to your treating doctor to increase the dose of nexito and stop these two medicines. Otherwise it is also wise to consider alternative medicine at place of nexito if you are having the same symptom profile before and after one year of nexito. The SNRI (venlafaxine, desvenlafaxine) group of ,medicines so much better in elderly in compare to Nexito.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
Thanks and regards
