Question : a friend 35 year old white female with history of drug use. diagnosed bipolar. subutex colonadine. depression. dehydrated and having seizures. treated at er three days ago. intravenous fluids and released. resiting fluid intake Gatorade, Apple juice only 30 Oz in last 2 hrs

Presence of seizures are medical urgency and if there is recurrent seizures in last few hours it is medical emergency and need treatment at emergency department.

I do not think apple juice alone can solve her problem.

Please take her to emergency without delay.
