From your history i think you are having depression, loss of energy, anxiety, and diarrhea.
If you are having other symptoms too, than please mention.
First of all i would like to say that you are taking lots of medicines most of them are from benzodiazepines group , cause dependency and tolerance.
Klonopin 12 mg is very high amount.
A person will not get desire effect even after taking lots of drugs only in case of wrong diagnosis. I will not agree with your doctor's prescription as it is having lots of drugs of same group.

I am not in favor of multiple drugs therapy.
In my opinion diarrhea is because of kelp 100 mg and welchol. Can you give me more information about recent T3,T4 nad TSH values.

Using lots of drugs of same group will not improve your condition; contrarily it might cause worsening.
I would start you on escitalopram 40mg instead of 20 mg; desvenlafaxine for anxiety and levothyroxin according to your thyroid levels. THP only if you are still having extrapyramidal symptoms. Along with it nitrazepam can be used for sleep issues. I would discontinue all other drugs except one you are taking to reduce cholestrol i. e. welchol. I will recommend you see your treating doctor and discussed about my views. The aforementioned drugs are prescription only medications and can be obtained only with your doctors prescription.

I would like to know other symptoms you are having.
If you are having mood swings etc than their will be need to add one more drug.
You can also go for cognitive behavioral therapy and counselling sessions for early relief and to reduce drug dependency..
