Suggest Treatment For Depression While On Zoloft And Zyprexa
Question: I am on 200g of Zoloft but depression has come back. I have been on it for 12months. I also take 5g zyprexa.
what is my best way to go. do I stop the Zoloft and start another antidepressant.

I would suggest you to start with another antidepressant from another class like SNRI (effexor or cymbalta).
You can gradually decrease Zoloft and built up the dose of new antidepressant.
