However you are feeling Low. There are causes for this condition and they include:
1. Stress
2. Unscheduled diet

1. Ashwagandharishtam 10 ml twice a day adding same quantity water after meal
2. Saraswatarishtam 10 ml twice a day adding water same quantity after meal
3. XXXXXXX Vasanat XXXXXXX ras 1 tab twice a day with honey.
4. Chyavanprash special 10 grams twice a day.
You are also advised to have Panchkarma treatment like.
1. Shirodhara
2. Sarvanag Abhyang
