Suggest Treatment For Depression

Likely to be due to Depression.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writing in.
From the description of your symptoms, it appears that you may going through a depressive episode. I went through your doctor's report that you have attached and the diagnosis mentioned there is B.A.D. - mixed episode. B.A.D. stands for Bipolar Affective Disorder. It is a type of mood disorder where the person can have episodes of depression or mania. Currently, you appear to be having a depressive episode. I can see that you have been prescribed Effexor 75mg. If your problems are still continuing despite this medication, then your medication needs to be altered accordingly. So, I would suggest that you let your doctor know about your condition, so that your medication can be altered according to your symptoms.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Need medication adjustment...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, I have gone through the report already and you have been diagnosed to have a Bipolar Affective Disorder. Currently you have been prescribed an anti-depressant - Effexor (Venlafaxine). But if the diagnosis is Bipolar Affective Disorder, then usually a mood stabilizer medication is also added. That is why I have advised you to report your current condition to your doctor so that your medication can be altered appropriately.

Medication can help you...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As I had already mentioned, medication is available to help you overcome these feelings of sadness and depression. You have already been prescribed an anti-depressant by your doctor. If this is not helping you, then you need to report this to your doctor so that the dose can be increased or another medication can be tried. Please don't resort to alcohol or any street drugs as a possible remedy for your problems because these can only make things worse.
