Question: hi this is XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX i m suffering from depression from last 10 years and i m taking the medicine venla xr 37.5 some tmes in that period lots of time i left the medicine but again and again i was started this medicine so but from last one month i feel the sleep problem and headache what i have to do now my mail id - YYYY@YYYY and XXXXXXX number is 0000

I understand your concern. Depression has long and chronic course. I don't understand why you discontinued medicines. If you are better and you do not have side effect then need to take medicines regularly.
Do you have side effect related to venlar xr means velnafaxin? If yes then what type of side effect?
Headache and sleep disturbances are indicator of depression and they are very intial symptoms of depression. So need to start venlar xr if you do not have side effect.
There are many good alternative medicines for depression. Among them SSRI is the choce and have less side effects. Tab mirtazapine has dual role in depression and sleep disturbances. I treat my patient with escitalopram or mirtazapine in my clinic who presented with headache, sleep disturbances or depression.
So please start therapy again and stick on it.
For sleep you will take zolpidam 5 mg as and when require.
Do exercise and meditation.

Thanks for your good advice.
i have some confussion like this.
1. i always tooked the medicine venla xr 37.5 if i will change it any poblem
2. i want to know if taking this medicine to much there is also a problem
3.how long i have to take it , there is any other treatment to recover fastly
4.zolpidam5mg is very hard another low dossages
5. what difference between venla xr 37.5 and mirtazapiine
6. if i will start the medicine mirtazapine so what mg.
7. is it requirement of physically appointment of any respecteble psychetiarist.
8. can i do yoga in depression like anulom vilom because i will started it in past some days i feel good but after some time sleep problem arrised.

one and last question, currently i m taking venla xr 37.5 medicine from last one year
regullary and now this problem occured so now i want for sleep problem so i start
the medicine zolpidam 2.5mg when the sleep problem solved then i will start the
medicine mirtazapine 7.5 it will be ok or not .
