Brief Answer:
dosage of symbalta is not enough

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You are on symbalta but still dont feel like / dont do anything on off days...which is likely due to lack of desire to work..or lack of energy...due to depression itself.

Symbalta is a good molecule but looking at your symptom ( though you have not mentioned about your predominant mood and interests in detail) I feel that either the dosage of symbalta is not sufficient or the drug is not giving good response in your case..and there might be a need for change in med.

Please give more detail so that we can proceed towards proper overall treatment in which you are able to live better/ in the way you want to.

Wish you best of health
