Suggest Treatment For Dermatitis

Question: this is how my skin is. it's itchy as well.what you think is wrong with my skin.

Dear from the pictures it seems it could be bacterial local infection.For the time being stop using hydrocortisone cream.
I have few queries? Since when these bumps appeared?Have you used any cosmetic cream before it appeared ?
If I could know the answers I would be able to clarify you more.

It could be carbuncle.

Hello,
Dear right now I would suggest dont apply hydrocortisone.From the pics it seems it could be carbuncle.Carbuncle means collection of bacteria on local area (boil or pimple) of skin.It might need an antibiotic course .
The antibiotics which can be used are tab.flucloxacin or tab. amoxicillin for 7 days at least after discussing with treating doctor..Also applying antiseptic ointment would help.
