Brief Answer:
Can be due to a urinary infection also.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The symptoms that you are having can be due to a urinary infection and electrolyte imbalance caused by excessive urination.
This can be confirmed by getting a routine urine examination, fasting blood sugar, urine culture and serum electrolytes evaluated.
You can start taking plenty of electrolyte rich fluids like fresh fruit juices and Garotade and see if it helps in improvement of your symptoms. Taking methylcobalamin supplements will also help.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Not likely to be diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
It is too early to jump to a diagnosis without proper investigations. Your BP is on a higher side. You get the relevant tests done to find out the cause for your symptoms. Self diagnosis like this is seldom accurate.
Diabetes is often not associated with any symptoms and is detected after a blood test only.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Test fasting blood glucose.

Detailed Answer:
It is best to check a fasting blood glucose level and 2 hours after taking all the three meals. You need to have four readings or a glucose tolerance test done for a proper diagnosis.
Do consult your physician for proper evaluation.
Regards.

Thanks Doc, i went to hospital and they did a fasting blood sugar test (enzyme type) and it read 105. Doc advised me to calm down & mind my sugar intake. I've been taking fruits as you advised and also supplements(trevo). My colesterol level is 138. I've equally started regular excercise .

Brief Answer:
The levels are normal.

Detailed Answer:
A fasting reading of 105 is not worrisome. Continue taking citrus juicy fruits like oranges and decrease the intake of sugar in the food and beverages. Regular exercise will help you a lot. There is nothing to worry.
Regards.
