Question : I have had four surgeries on my foot for diabetic foot ulcer can't afford to go to orthopedic doctor but every 3 or four months but need pain meds for my continuing pain have hospital documentation to back up my diagnoses

Hello,
I have Studied your case and I have experienced of managing few charkot foot. Because of neuropathy, healing is very poor, that leads to arthrosis and pain.
I would recommend you to start tablet methylcobal and Pregabalin tablet for pain relief in addition to tablet Percocet. Consult with your doctor before taking.
I hope these medications will help you. Surgical option for such joints are limited. You might need amputation in future is pain is not controlled.
