Brief Answer:
Your injury needs an x ray and physical examination for further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, welcome to HealthcareMagic. Thanks for your question.

Hope your diabetes and seizure is now under control. Despite the absence of swelling, pain in the involved knee on weight bearing is suggestive of either ligament or bony injury.

It would be prudent for you to get a physical examination by an Orthopaedician to rule out such injuries. You will at the least need an X-ray (AP and lateral) of your involved knee.

Based on the physical examination and the X-ray findings, if needed, an MRI will have to be done.

Meanwhile, take ample rest, ice application, pain-relieving tablets and analgesic gel application will give you relief from pain for now till evaluation.

Hope this answers your question.
Feel free to ask further.

All the best
