Question: I texted before about tiny streks of what could be blood i havehad diarhea al day i ate some road side ribs yesterday, though im not nauseus, i do have ibs

Aseriously? I Was not nauseus a s ate it eay afternoon. I diddnt feel sick til thi afternoon, what so i so about it. I always worrie about colon cancwr bit had an ok colonoscopy 2 years ago

Hi,

Welcome,

As history of taking food out side, it may be due to unhygienic food,
It may be traveller's diarrhea.
In any case do not worry,
Consult your family doctor for physical examination.

If I were your doctor, I would prescribe,
1- Tablet Ornof (ornidazole + ofloxacin )twice a day for 3 to 5 days,
2-Plenty of O R S mixed with mineral water several times a day,
Avoid junk foods,
Take light, easily digestive food e,g; curd, banana, rice/poridge( khichri),

If not cured,
Get stool test for ova, cyst, occult blood,
Your doctor may repeat colonoscopy to rule out I B S, status of disease,
