Brief Answer:
Yes, please see your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
*did all your symptoms start 5 days ago? Stomach cramps, diarrhea?
*did you travel or eat anything outside?
*did you have fever? Do you have one now? Any vomiting?
*what colour are your stools? Any mucus or blood? Any foul smell?
*are there solid particles or just water? Has the frequency of stool reduced?
*have you taken medications or probiotics? Oral rehydration solutions (ORS)
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
*any past surgeries?
*how is the quantity of urine? What colour is it?

I recommend :
-a physician consult as you have persistent diarrhea
-stool analysis and culture if required
-urine analysis
-blood tests (complete blood count, electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests)
-anti biotics and probiotics
-take about 200ml (in small sips, if preferred) of oral rehydration solution after every loose stool. Gatorade also can be used.
-take a probiotic twice a day or yogurt with active cultures.

Prolonged diarrhea can cause anal sphincter spasm that can result in the sudden urge to pass stools. It is also possible to develop stool incontinence.
I urge to see you doctor as soon as possible for appropriate treatment and in the mean time keep your self well hydrated.
Avoid milk, oily & spicy food and sugar. These worsen diarrhea
-have black tea with lemon juice and some honey twice a day. This helps to soothe the intestine.
If you have heart burn(gastritis) , skip the tea and use warm water with lemon and honey instead.

Hope this helps and you feel better.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
