Question: my grand father is getting lose motion and back pain. reports attached

Since you dad has loose stools I would suggest a colonoscopy as the next investigation to be done. The aim would be to find any tumor in the colon. In case colonoscopy is negative I would suggest USG/ Ct guided biopsy of the liver lesions to confirm the diagnosis as the next step.
