Question : i have taken the z-pack for bronchitis for 5 days, and now still 8 days later have diarrhea and lots of gas.
How can i get my bowels back to normal

Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
This usually happens as a side effect of Zpack.
I advise following in such situations:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
2. To take a probiotic like Vizylac / Bifilac once a day.
3. Take curd in diet.
4. Avoid outside food.
5. Consume plenty of water.
This should improve within 5 days.
