Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Extreme Nausea, Chills, Low Grade Fever And Bloating

Question: I’m on day 5 of my 2nd stomach flu in 30 days.
No more vomiting, still having some diarrhea, still having extreme nausea. Tonight I’ve had some chills and fever (low grade) I’ve tried to stay hydrated at least 24-30 ounces of water per day. If I try to eat, even a saltine makes me sick. My stomach is very bloated. It feels like a hard melon. It’s weird that I haven’t lost any weight when I really haven’t eaten in 6 days. Usually I lose weight and my stomach flattens out. Any suggestions? Ideas? I just want to feel better. I have 2 sons that need their mom. Thanks for your time.

Brief Answer:
You may need antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per your description, you need to take appropriate treatment. As diarrhea has not stopped, you should take good Intestinal Antibiotic like Rifaximine 200mg and Anti flatulent tablet containing Simethicone. I also add anti emetic tablet like Domperidone. You will need written prescription for antibiotic but others are available over the counter.
Drink plenty of liquids and cleaner water. ORAL REHYDRATION SOLUTION (ORS) should be taken regularly. Nothing to worry. Please consult your doctor and get appropriate prescription.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further. Wish you good health.
Regards
