Question: I attended an outdoor reunion at a state park yesterday and today II have a large, rectangular skkonieritchy, red raised lump on the back of my neck, diarrhea, and fatigue.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It could be due to a viral infection with an allergic component. I would request you to upload image of the affected areas. It will help me to evaluate the condition. Taking some antiallergic like cetirizine or benadryl (or possibly better ones like fexofenadine or loratidine which are prescription medicines) should help. You also should apply some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion.

For the fatigue or malaise you can take paracetamol or acetaminophen. Also take plenty of ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the lost fluids and salts. Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits. They contain plenty of potassium which should help in proper functioning of the muscles.
