Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Flatulence And Stomach Pain

Question: I feel like I have to have a bowel movement all the time. I'm having diarrhea, gas, blotting, vomiting, sick stomach, painful stomach, having a difficult time keeping food down, this is an every day thing.

Thank asking on HCM.

You are reporting to have diarrhea, abdominal gas, and stomach pain.

Your symptoms may be related with:
-     Indigestion
-     Gastritis / hiper acidity
-     Bowel infection.

I am glad to know that CT scan was normal.

It is the right choice to perform colonoscopy at your situation.

I would suggest doing the follow exams too:
-     Fecal exams for malabsorption
-     Fecal exam like coproculture, candida, ova parasites
-     Upper endoscopy

For the moment you can take:
-     Simethicone
-     Hydramine/tasectan
-     Plenty of water
-     PPI OTC like Prilosec
