Pancreatic enzyme replacement

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.
See panceas produces large number of enzymes which are responsible for proper digestion of food.
If the levels of enzymes produced naturally by the pancreas are insufficient, the patient may experience diarrhea.
If diarrhea is continuos in your case you can ask your doctor to consider the use of pancreatic enzyme replacement products.

Pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy involves taking the digestive enzymes externally. All enzyme supplements contain Pancreatin – a mixture of pancreatic enzymes, lipase, amylase and protease. These assist the digestion of fat, carbohydrates and proteins.Enzyme doses vary from person to person. A starting dose is 50,000 to 75,000 units of lipase.

As the levels of enzymes are retored you would feel fine again.

Hope i was helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
sorry for a bit delayed response.
It may be due to bile pigment in the stool because diarrhea moves food too quickly thorough the intestine so the intestinal chemicals and bacteria can't break down the bile pigment to its normal brown color.
You are on a high fat diet and bile is required to digest fats properly but as already explained earlier due to deficiency of enzymes digestion and breakdown of various pigments are not proper hence your stools are yellow and not brown.
Initially ask your doctor to add enzyme supplements to your diet for proper food digestion.

Thanks
