Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea In An Infant
Question: My baby is 5 month old. Day before yesterday, he did 3-4 loose motions. Then I gave him enterogermina just once. After that he passed only one stool and the next day he got constipated. But he passed smelly farts. Since he was constipated ,I did not give any other dose of enterogermina
But in evening,he again started loose motions. After passing 2 motions,I again gave an another dose of enterogermina at night. The next morning he did another loose motion with a vomit and took out whole milk.
What medicine should I give him now?

He must have developed some gastrointestinal infection.
So I will suggest you to give him Syp Zenflox plus 5ml bd which is an antibiotic for 2 days, Racigyl XXXXXXX bd (It is an antisecretory agent) may be for 2 days, and enterogermina ampule 5ml twice a day. These all medicines are to be given for 2 days.
