Brief Answer:
Get her clinically examined.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, I would suggest that get her clinically examined by her Paediatrician. Also get her stool examined for any infection.
You can give her probiotic syrup. Further medical management like antibiotic and antiamoebic can be given only if her Paediatrician advises. Also take care of her hydration.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
