Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Lack Of Appetite, Sleeplessness And Joints Pain

my mother 65+ she has been suffering from diarrhoea since 4 months ...lack of appetite no sleep....even if she eats banana..goes to toilet..she dont like at all to eat anything...coconut water helps sometimes.other chronic disease joint pains ...now knees got blocked she cant walk either...has BP issues..

She is in XXXXXXX now she got this problem while she was on visit to saudi arrabia..
she has sleeping apnea issue as well..now e got machine to pump for breathing.
please help i am applying her visit visa to australia but she cant travel due to this sickness.

I appreciate your concern for your mother.
At the outset I would like further information for beer assessment of the condition like
Her weight and height
Has she seen any doctor or ordered any investigations, please upload me the reports?
Any history of diabetes, thyroid or any other hormonal disease
Diarrhoea since 4 months is a matter of concern, it might be related to infection, poor absorption of food or indigestion
I would advise for a battery of tests like CBC, Liver function test, blood sugar, RA factor test for joint pain, Thyroid profile and stool test for cyst, ova or protozoa.
Meanwhile give her plenty of fluids including ORS and lemon water, fresh fruits and steamed vegetables.
She should take low salt and low fat diet
Joint pain at this age might be related to age related degenerative changes like osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or chronic inflammatory joint disease so get an X ray to MRI of the knee joint and upload me the report
