Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back. Sorry for the late reply due to my XXXXXXX clinical overload.

I am sorry for the relapsed flu you're having.

To answer your questions:

- there are various factors making you more prone to frequent flu. Passing most of your time in close and crowded places like restaurants or office can trigger flu.

This is because you'll be in contact with ill people. If you will pass more time indoor than in highly air ventilated places, then you'll get more chances to get infected.

I always recommend my patients to breathe fresh and natural air as much as they can during the day especially if your work will require staying indoors for long.

Air con can also contribute.

- having yellow and greenish phlegm are signs of possible viral infection. Loratadine is an antihistaminic that will ease the nose stiffness while ezipect syrup is a mucolytic that will help dissolve the phlegm and clearing your airways.

If you must use AC at home, please make sure to clean it regularly and change the filters regularly.

Should also open the windows continuously for fresh air and natural ventilation.

- with regards to blood, that is due to heavy coughing and phlegm you have . Keep good oral hygiene, use herbal oral antiseptic spray. Keep well hydrated. Chamomile tea is advised to use more often until improvement.

Wish fast recovery.

Hi back,

Now, to recapitalize your case: the weather conditions you're living are crucial for catching flu. And they're against you.

What you can do is to boost your immunity and reduce the bad effects of these conditions.

So, eating healthy and limited processed foods; vitamins supplements and breathing fresh air frequently, altogether they will help reduce chances to catch flu although living or working in crowded places.

Hope it answered to your questions.

Brief Answer:
Don't think of serious illness,it's just due to flu...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

As per your saying, you've been prone to flue frequently. This has turned the mucosa of upper respiratory tract sensitive and very fragile. When coughing, especially when heavily coughing, the extra pressure during coughing will cause damage of this mucosa resulting in damages of the small blood vessels (which you see as blood in phlegm).

This is what happens to you.

Sincerely, I do not think of serious diseases such as tuberculosis neither cancer.

Wish fast recovery!
