Question: Yesterday, I felt fine all day. On my way home, developed light headedness, pulled over, vomited. Felt a little better but from that location to home, nowhere to stop. I had explosive diarrhea that I could not control. What a mess. I am completely empty but now I have blood pouring out of my anus every so often, no feces. It has been like this all day. Had light supper, tea. Kind of crampy stomach.
