Brief Answer:
Not drug interaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. From the information you have provided it is likely that these symptoms are all related. It is possible that she developed a kidney infection and this caused her some vomiting and diarrhoea which led to dehydration. Brown urine is a reflection of dehydration. In an elderly person this type of illness will easily cause fatigue.
Therefore, the symptoms you describe are not a result of drug interactions.
I hope this is if help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger
