Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sore Throat And Fever
sounds like gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
diarrhea, vomiting and fever are usually caused by gastroenteritis, although other diagnoses are also possible but less likely. In cases like this it is important to remain adequately hydrated to avoid renal complications from dehydration. You should drink enough water, in order to produce an adequate volume of urine. One "trick" to judge that, is to watch the urine color. If the color is dark yellow then more water is needed. If it resembles to water then you've drunk enough (or more than enough!) water.
If your symptoms get worse over time then clinical examination would be required. Healthy people usually get better in less than 48 hours in such cases. If the vomiting is protracted, you're going to need antiemetic drugs and perhaps also intravenous fluid replacement in the hospital.
If you develop a high fever with rigor or abdominal pain (particularly if it is localized and constant) or symptoms of hypotension (faintness, cold sweating, etc) then you should visit your doctor at once!
