Brief Answer:
Might just mild inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Its likely to be mild anal mucosal inflammation. It should not be cause of worry.

In most cases it is self limiting. You can apply anovate cream, this will help relieve your symptoms.Regards.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.

Brief Answer:
Fissure can also present same way.

Detailed Answer:
Fissure can also present same way, but anal spasm and pain would be more presenting features. So seems unlikely.

Anovate does help to heal a fissure as well.

So treatment remains same.

Regards.
