Hi,

Thank you for providing more of your medical data.

You are going through a stomach bug (viral gastroenteritis). Can you please tell for how long have you had diarrhea and fever? Do you have any other symptom? Any bloody stool?

I advise to:
- consume more water mixed with OTC ORS (can find at your local pharmacy)
- take OTC tasectan or pepto bismol to stop diarrhea
- take OTC probiotics to optimize intestinal flora
- take OTC anti-pyretics to reduce fever and inflammation
- have light meals (Greek yogurt, chicken soups, etc.)
- avoid spicy, chilly, oily foods
- take OTC antacids and ranitidine

If no improvement, should consult with your doctor as you might need prescription medicines.
