Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving Despite Going Through Infertility Treatment

Question: Hi
Me & my fiancee have started trying for our 1st baby the last 4 months without success. We are both healthy and we are 26 years old.
I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (hormone blood test showed PCOS) and i wonder if this might be the problem. However, even though i have PCOS i ALWAYS have my period every 26 days, my ovulation test ALWAYS finds LH hormone the 13th day after my period and i almost always I feel period-like pain the 14th day (ovulation pain?).
So i wonder....
1. Is it possible that I am NOT ovulating even though i have normal cycles, my LH appears on the test the 13th day and period pains appear on the 14th day (ovulation day)?
2. Can PCOS prevent pregnancy in other ways EVEN if you ovulate?
3. Shall i ask for infertility treatment?
Thank you!!

Brief Answer:
You have good chances of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about infertility.
Following is my reply:
1) As per your information, you are ovulating.
2) LH kit positive means there is good chance that ovulation has taken place and this corresponds to your 26 days cycle.
3) PCOS is unlikely to prevent pregnancy in any other way.
4) You don't need infertility treatment as of now. Just get your partner's semen analysis done to know if everything is alright.
Let me know if you need any more help.
Regards
