Brief Answer:
follicular rupture imminent

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I understand your anxiety related to the health issue.
I have seen the reports and they are normal.
Follicular study suggests imminent ovulation in a day or two so intercourse during this time will help in conception.
Try to reduce your weight which will help in increasing chance to conceive.
After the follicular rupture start micronised progesterone or duphaston after consulting your gynecologist.
And take it for at least 12 days and after stopping the drug you will get periods (in case you don't conceive).
This will increase chances of conception and regularize the period too.
Till then keep taking the medicine as advised.
All the best.

Secondly may i also know the chances of conceiving if i have intercourse in the following days as per the last follicular report?

Brief Answer:
nil chance of conception

Detailed Answer:
Yes take cycloreg as advised and then from day 2 of periods start new cycle with new hope.
Chance of conception is really less so don't worry in that direction.
