Need to consult Urologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you do not ejaculate while masturbating but at the same time you have night emission.
This could be mostly due to psychological inhibition or inadequate sexual stimuli .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you get good hard erection?
2) Do you get morning erection?
3) Are you married or did you have sexual intercourse with female partner?
4) Do you ejaculate during sexual intercourse with female partner.
Tazzel that you have been prescribed works only when you have planned sexual activity with female partner and does not work while masturbating.
It has side effects that you are facing and there is no point in continuing the same .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feed back.Since you are getting good hard erection and morning erection you do not have problem of Erectile Dysfunction .
If you have not ejaculate even for a single time Your problem of anejaculation could be due to one of the two following reasons
1) You may have retrograde ejaculation or
2) Three may be no ejaculation at all due to blockage in ejaculatory duct.
At the first instance you have to examine your urine passed immediately after masturbation to see whether there are sperms in urine This will help to confirm or rule out retrograde ejaculation ..
If there are no sperms in urine this suggest obstruction to the flow of semen in urethra due to obstruction in Ejaculatory ducts ,This can be confirmed by doing MRI studies of seminal vesicle and Vas difference.
All these studies have to be done under guidance of qualified Urologist .
I practice in XXXXXXX .
Thanks and Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing again.
The nocturnal emission that you have could be just a mucus secretion from the bulbar urethral glands located in urethra and may not be a semen which contains sperms .
Our first step in diagnosis is to see whether your urethral discharge or urine contains any sperms by examination of urine collected immediately after masturbation and after night emission .
As regards treatment for removing blockage of ejaculatory duct obstruction the results are not satisfactory and there is no 100% cure for this condition.
Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
Nocturnal emission may or may not contain sperms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
1)You have misconception about discharge that you have in nocturnal emission with semen which contains sperms.Sperms are present only in semen and can be detected either in urine or urethral discharge only when semen is ejaculated through ejaculatory duct in prostatic urethra during ejaculation.and not otherwise.
2) This is a major problem that you are facing and very important for any human being .Do not be shy to go to qualified urologist and explain him whatever problem you have with open mind.and get investigated.
Please remember there is always a light at the end of tunnel.
If you have time post your review about my services on the forum HCG.
