Brief Answer:
Use OPK
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about infertility.
It is important to try for pregnancy when you are ovulating.
Your ovulation is likely to happen about 14 days before next expected cycle.
You can do ovulation test by ovulation prediction kit at home. If positive try on those days.
These are best days for trying pregnancy.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

We are trying during fertile period only I.e 10-18 days. Is it ok to take siphene 100 mg again or some other tablet. Thanks a log
Brief Answer:
Siphene is good enough
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Siphene is good enough for now.
It is better to undergo follicular growth scan for couple of cycles to understand when your follicle reaches dominant size of 18 mm and when does it ovulate.
This will help you to understand if you are ovulating well. Try OPK also.
Get an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) for yourself to assess the patency of fallopian tubes.
