Brief Answer:
very concerning
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Crooked type growth that is prominent on the penis, particularly when painless and non itchy is very concerning. You need get evaluated as early as possible to rule out cancerous growth. However, this is a very very rare possibility, but still needs to be ruled out.
We cannot come to a diagnosis just by seeing picture, a physical exam and further investigations are needed.
Thanks!
