Brief Answer:
A few questions require your attention sir, pls do respond to them

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and image with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The region in speaking from the attached image looks more to me like scar tissue, so I have a few questions which will greatly help my diagnosis and the way forward, so I would really appreciate it if you would respond:

+Did you have any kind of injury, rash, cut, bruise from sexual contact, etc; in the region?
+Does it itch?
+Does it burn?
+How long has this been present?
+Did it occur after sexual contact?
+Is your sexual partner a known person?

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.

No itching or burning. Yes my sexual partner is a known person. It did appear the next morning after sex.

It's been about a week and a half and is looking better but healing slow.

Brief Answer:
Quite possibly a yeast/fungal infection, nothing to worry about sir :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir and thank you for your kind response.

I would recommend the following:

+Keep the region dry and clean at all times
+If it is hot where you are then make sure you change your inner wear somewhere near mid-day
+Make sure you shower everyday and dry off well enough
+Avoid both masturbation and sexual contact for the next month at least
+Use clotrimazole cream (available over-the-counter) over the region to be applied twice daily for the next 2 months, over a clean and dry region

Nothing more should be required sir. I wish you a speedy and complete recovery, which will be ensured if you follow my suggestions. I am always here to help so do not hesitate to write to me sir.

Best wishes.
