Brief Answer:
urinary tract infection or slight trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Only thin I can suspect as of now based on your symptoms is urinary tract infection or slight trauma but not a sexually transmitted infection. This is very less time span to et a proper diagnosis. get a urinalysis done as of now and also STD screening tests at a later date if symptoms persist.

It may help in diagnosis.

Thanks!

Also the discomfort is a occasional tingle. Like I said it comes and goes throughout the day. It now has been a week since the episode still no bumps, drainage or blood. The area of the pee hole doesn't look red or swollen to me atleast. Also when i masturbated when I ejaculated there was some mild pain near the Penis head. If that helps get diagnosis, i do plan on going to my doctor. Did the ejaculation slow down the healing process?

Brief Answer:
not specific or diagnostic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The symptoms you mentioned are not specific or diagnostic of any STD. I do not think that you attracted any STD but to be anxiety free, you need to get checked.

No, the ejaculation does not have anything to do with this.

Thanks!

I have white spots on my tonsils, negative for strep. Concerned it could be gonorehha, after performing oral sex on a female. Sore throat here and there, as of now no sore throat. I also had a urine analysis. cause I thought I might have a UTI, it came back clean. I am not sure if that would detect a std? I was prescribed 500mg of ciprofloxacin just incase I had a UTI

Brief Answer:
Urine analysis cannot detect an STD.

Detailed Answer:
Urine analysis cannot detect an STD.

If you are scared about gonorrhea, you should get tested for it. But, simple white spots on tonsils are not diagnostic of gonorrhea
