Brief Answer:
probably anxiety-depressive syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.

You are having symptoms of feeling nervous and afraid, not liking to work, always thinking bad will happen and weird feelings.

Considering that all the tests are normal, the probable reason could be anxiety-depressive syndrome.

The reason may be any stress, major life event, emotional disturbance etc.
I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment.

You should also practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep yourself relaxed.
Ensure that you get enough sleep.
Take a healthy diet including green vegetables and fruits.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.

Take care.
Thanks.

What are the symptoms of anxiety? Could it be off balance, gastrointestinal problems, disoriented, fearful, tightening of face, head feeling heavy. Just a general off feeling?
