Suggest Treatment For Dizziness Along With Dry Lips And Mouth

Question: Hi, I just started this medication on Thursday, taking one tablet the first threes days. I didn't feel any side effects. Last night I took two pills as directed. I woke up today dizzy, dry lips and mouth, unsteady. I see these are possible side effects of this drug. I want to know if these side effects go away after a time after the drug gets in my system, or will these side effects continue to bother me the whole time I'm taking this pill.
