Brief Answer:
Betahistine or prochlorperazine

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Dizziness can be interpreted as Lightheadedness or vertigo. The former means, one is about to faint though the surroundings or the person himself aren't moving. Vertigo refers to a feeling that you or your surroundings are moving in the absence of any actual movement by you. Pre syncope/syncope or dizziness requires a cardiac workup whereas vertigo requires a neurological evaluation.
Blood pressure fall (Hypotension), low Blood sugar and electrolytes disturbances can also be the cause and needs to be checked if novel empiric treatments don't work. In case of persistent vertigo you may take betahistine dihydrochloride or prochlorperazine for symptomatic relief. Both are likely to be available OTC. If the symptoms persist or worsen e.g accompanied by vomiting then you should go to an ER near you to rule out any serious cause such as a stroke which is a cause for central vertigo.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
