Brief Answer:
Some practical advices on how to go through this situation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

The blood pressure its quite high and we need to understand if these symptoms are happening because of your blood pressure or its an anxiety attack which its causing high blood pressure.

In general anxiety does not give such high blood pressure. So I don't think want those values to give organ damage. So my recommendation would be to go to the ER if the values of blood pressure hasn't been down when you get my answer.

If the values are a bit more down, and the reassurance that you have a good health, then just be with someone to watch you closely and take care of you. Get some fresh air, talk with someone, breath deeply, eat something, drink water. It should not last more then 2-3 hours.

I hope I have helped a bit.
Let me know how are you doing.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
