Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Panic Attacks
Question: Hello, For years I have experienced dizziness, it will come out of nowhere, and typically doesn't last long. I have experienced some intense ones going back to the first one in the early 90's where I couldn't function at all. I don't know if this is what a migraine is or not. As my sister also suffers a very similar thing. I have panic attacks and when this dizziness happens, it tends to spiral into a panic attack as well. Not all the time, as I have learned to try to relax when this occurs. I take klonopin to control the panic attacks. Just curious what causes these "bursts" of dizziness. I hate them!
