Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Severe Headache Despite Having Normal CT Scan

Watch for any new symptoms. If none, not to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Anti-epileptic medications (Topaz 50) are prescribed to reduce the possibility of epilepsy or seizures, which can occur rarely. It will be stopped after a week.
2. Naxdom 250 should help in reducing pain.
3. You need to watch for confusion, nausea, vomiting, memory loss, slurred speech, seizures or any paralysis in any part of the body. If any of them are present, he will require immediate emergency care. Watch for these symptoms for the next 2-3 days.
4. Mild dizziness and headache could be due to fall and disorientation. Rest is necessary. Not to worry, he has a mild injury and will recover completely.
Continue with a normal diet.
Hope it helps.

Changing pain killer, having good sleep, reassurance and reducing stress
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. As there is no active bleeding, not to worry.
2. The patches or clotted blood would take around a month to reduce. Complete reduction could take up to 3 months. If there are any new symptoms, as suggested earlier, then only repeat scan will be necessary.
3. For the headache, he needs to have a good regular sleep, which is very important. Stress reduction and slow head movements are essential. Normal regular nutrition and hydration to be continued.
4. Painkiller like celecoxib can be started at present, instead of Naproxen (if no vomiting is present). At his age, better to avoid opioid analgesics. If pain continues beyond 3 weeks, then antidepressants like amitriptyline may be necessary. Headaches can rarely persist up to 3-6 months, reassurance is very much necessary.
Hope it helps.

Continue medications as advised. Standard prescription is followed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
I went through the reports. Based on the reports, my opinion is as follows:
All the medications can be continued as advised. Because of these medications, gastritis can develop for which Pan 40 is prescribed.
Amongst the medications, if there is no vomiting, naxdom can be substituted with celecoxib if headache is severe. Dolo can be stopped, if there is no temperature.
All other medications are necessary.
Spinfree will reduce dizziness, which can be continued until he has no dizziness.
Levipil is necessary to reduce any post-traumatic seizures, which can occur occasionally.
Strocit plus to improve oxygenation in brain to hasten healing and nuhenz is a vitamin supplement.
Aztor for control of lipid profile.
Continue as prescribed. There is no overmedication as far as I can see.
Rest and good nutrition is essential.
Hope it helps.
