Brief Answer:
can be related to sinus disease

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sinus infection or inflammation can cause dizziness /light headed feeling.

There are also other causes as well such as: (1) anemia (low hemoglobin),
(2) low blood sugar,
(3) low blood pressure,
(4) side effect of medication,
(5)chronic illness (heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease etc).
Some of the tests that you are doing may be to check for some of these conditions.

If it solely related the sinus disease then treatment would consist of anti histamines, oral and topical decongestants (otrivine, normal saline) , topical nasal sprays, fluids and rest.

Antibiotics, if the sinuses are thought to have a bacterial infection.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
